Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance modern electronic trading platforms as part of an Agile development team.
- Own the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, specification, design, implementation, and level-three production support.
- Build high-performance Java systems, Spring Boot APIs, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate data layers, and secured stateless applications using JWT.
- Develop React frontends using functional components and custom Hooks.
- Containerize frontend and backend services and deploy them with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
- Design and execute performance, load, and stress tests; analyze thread stacks and optimize SQL queries.
- Monitor CPU, memory, and disk I/O metrics using iostat, nfsiostat, and Nmon.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience writing efficient, thread-safe, and memory-conscious code for high-performance systems.
- Experience with Java Collections, Concurrency, I/O, Streams, Lambdas, and Optional.
- Experience developing Spring Boot APIs, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate data access layers, Spring Security, and JWT-secured stateless APIs.
- Experience developing React applications with functional components and custom Hooks.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with performance testing, load and stress testing, thread-stack analysis, SQL query optimization, and OS metrics monitoring.
