Responsibilities
- Write reliable, well-tested backend code using Java and SQL to support education insights.
- Design scalable and repeatable backend systems and processes for the EVAAS web application.
- Collaborate across design, implementation, delivery, and ongoing improvement of the web application and supporting systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 2–5 years of professional full-time experience, including at least two years with Java programming, web-based application development, and relational databases.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience with Spring Framework; Maven and the Project Object Model; static or interactive code-scanning tools; documentation; Microsoft SQL Server; Git; and GitHub.
