Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, monitor, and support the ServiceNow platform, including midservers and integration points.
- Configure, develop, troubleshoot, enhance, upgrade, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, tables, and system policies.
- Implement and support ServiceNow solutions across at least two areas including APO, ITSM, HR, CSM, ITOM, or CMDB.
- Resolve incidents, bugs, and defects and provide support to ServiceNow users and internal teams.
- Develop reports, technical documentation, process documentation, and service-delivery SLA/KPI reporting.
- Implement ServiceNow code for releases, upgrades, clones, data migrations, integrations, and platform improvements.
- Partner with business teams, IT teams, architects, analysts, product managers, and leadership to define and deliver technical solutions and the platform roadmap.
- Monitor ServiceNow health, usage, compliance, and end-user experience and recommend improvements.
- Train and coach junior team members on ServiceNow subject matter expertise and best practices.
Requirements
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator certification.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementation, administration, configuration, and development in a medium or large enterprise.
- At least 2 years of experience with ServiceNow workflows or Flow Designer.
- Experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow applications such as APO, ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, SPM, PA, APM, and AI Agents.
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, Scheduled Jobs, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Policies, and Catalog UI Policies.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party applications, migrating data, configuring catalog items and workflows, and managing inbound email actions and notifications.
- Experience with update sets, batch sets, instance cloning, system patching, upgrades, transform maps, data sources, import sets, and transform scripts.
- Experience educating internal or external customers on best-practice design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred: ServiceNow Accounts Payable Operations experience and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification.
