Responsibilities
- Be a technical expert on all aspects of Snowflake in relation to AI/ML workloads.
- Provide customers with best practices and advice for Data Science workloads on Snowflake.
- Build, deploy, and manage ML pipelines using Snowflake features and partner tools.
- Develop proof of concepts (POCs) using SQL and Python to demonstrate implementation techniques.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to enable customers to extend Snowflake capabilities independently.
- Maintain a deep understanding of competitive technologies in the AI/ML space.
- Collaborate with System Integrator consultants for successful Snowflake deployment.
- Guide customers in resolving specific technical challenges.
- Support Professional Services team members in developing their expertise.
- Work with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake products.
Requirements
- University degree in data science, computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a pre-sales or post-sales technical role.
- Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences.
- Thorough understanding of the complete Data Science life-cycle.
- Strong understanding of MLOps and model deployment methodologies.
- Experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with Data Science tools like AWS Sagemaker, AzureML, or similar.
- Hands-on scripting experience with SQL and at least one programming language.
- Experience with libraries such as Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
