Responsibilities
- Translate business priorities and requirements into shipped features that deliver customer success
- Develop clean, efficient, well-documented software and scalable SaaS applications
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for resilient software development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical specifications and product delivery
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and operational excellence
- Evaluate and advocate for appropriate emerging technologies and industry trends
- Maintain customer empathy and ensure solutions exceed customer expectations
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience developing highly scalable cloud-native applications with JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Experience building AI-driven user experiences, agents, and workflow automation; direct machine learning experience is not required
- Deep experience building applications on Azure or AWS using CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience using Grafana for observability and performance monitoring
- Proficiency with event-driven architecture, API integration, and GraphQL
- Experience working with customers to improve product experiences
- Experience working across the frontend and backend stack and shipping features end-to-end
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment
