Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the organization to translate business priorities into shipped features.
- Generate clean, efficient, and well-documented software following industry best practices.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance for resilient, scalable SaaS applications.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Mentor and guide junior software engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes and tools.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in developing highly scalable cloud-native applications with JavaScript/TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
- Experience building with AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation.
- Deep experience building applications on Azure or AWS using CI/CD and DevOps best practices.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency with event-driven architecture, API integration, and GraphQL.
- Experience working across the stack (frontend + backend).
