Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL Server.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional modules.
- Optimize application performance through code tuning, efficient queries, and development best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot and debug issues, and resolve live production problems.
- Support deployments, environment setup, configuration, release management, and production monitoring.
- Document technical specifications, code, procedures, and user guides.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of development experience with .NET technologies and SQL Server.
- Strong experience with C#/.NET, SQL and T-SQL, SQL Server, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Git, and Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
- Experience developing and maintaining portfolio management systems and supporting enterprise applications.
- Very good understanding of the trade life cycle and excellent knowledge of the capital markets domain.
- Experience supporting trading desks and developing scalable web applications through complete project cycles.
- Experience with authentication and authorization using OAuth and JWT and awareness of secure coding and data-protection standards.
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Preferred experience includes Entity Framework or other ORM tools, Azure cloud services, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, jQuery, Bootstrap, TypeScript, cloud deployment, and DevOps practices.
- Microsoft technology or web-development certifications are preferred.
