Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.
- Build customer-facing registration, shopping, checkout, payment processing, order management, and self-service functionality.
- Develop and maintain integrations with SAP, payment services, customer master data systems, and other enterprise platforms.
- Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, maintainable software solutions.
- Provide technical leadership within the Scrum team, including mentoring, technical guidance, code reviews, and solution design.
- Analyze technical risks, platform limitations, and architectural concerns and contribute to architecture decisions.
- Support troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, Level-3 production support, and defect resolution.
- Drive automation, CI/CD practices, engineering standards, and quality across configuration, customization, integration, and deployment activities.
Requirements
- 6-9 years of experience in software development or related technical work.
- Expert hands-on experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications, Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, and Common Service Data Model.
- Experience with Service Portal, UI Builder, Now Experience, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
- Experience developing with Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, enterprise integrations, full-stack software engineering, and API development.
- Knowledge of technical architecture, solution design, code review, quality assurance, secure and scalable development, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Experience with Agile Scrum delivery, CI/CD and DevOps practices, technical leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.
