Responsibilities
- Participate in product development from ideation through deployment and ongoing optimization.
- Develop AI-enabled services and workflows, including self-service tooling for creating, evaluating, and improving AI assistants.
- Design, develop, and implement complex data solutions using frontend and backend technologies.
- Maintain system quality, responsiveness, code integrity, organization, security, and data protection.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver features on time and within budget.
- Coordinate build and release activities with key stakeholders and support business change initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 7 years of software development experience.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor across the software development lifecycle.
- Experience building big data infrastructure with cost-efficiency and governance considerations.
- Experience with Python or Scala.
- Experience with AWS technologies including EKS, EMR, S3, Kinesis, Lambda, Firehose, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Kafka and Kubernetes operators.
- Experience with databases such as Snowflake.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins-based pipeline deployments.
- Strong SQL skills and excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
