Base Salary
$112k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Provide development support for GSC Portal web applications.
- Build and maintain dashboard applications for metrics, performance measurement, and alerts across test, COOP, and production environments.
- Install, configure, administer, and monitor operating systems, application software, and enterprise platforms.
- Write custom scripts and develop UiPath Robotic Process Automation processes to automate reporting and operational workflows.
- Test site updates and code, document changes, obtain approvals, and promote approved changes to production.
- Maintain application documentation, change logs, development environments, and application stability.
- Support network, application, and database tiers of the enterprise platform.
- Gather requirements, analyze manual reporting processes, and coordinate information for RMF certification and accreditation.
- Integrate web application functionality with enterprise endpoints through APIs and complete special projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum experience is 8 years with a BS/BA, 6 years with an MS/MA, or 12 years with a high school diploma; the role also requires at least 6 years of enterprise-level website production experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and hold or be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Must hold an active IAT II certification, including Security+, with related Computing Environment certification(s) meeting DoW 8570 and DoD 8140.03 requirements.
- Demonstrated experience with ColdFusion 2023 administration, deployment, and maintenance on Microsoft IIS.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Services, including DynamoDB, Lambda, Connect, S3, and IAM Security.
- Experience with ColdFusion CFML, CSS, HTML, Java, JavaScript, AWS Lambda, SQL, AWS DynamoDB, UiPath, or C#.
- Demonstrated database schema, query-building, and data analytics skills, with SQL Server Management Studio and SQL Server experience preferred.
- Experience with GitLab or another version-control system and Visual Studio Code.
- Ability to provide functional code or application-design examples and integrate web applications with enterprise endpoints through APIs.
- Preferred qualifications include ITIL4 familiarity or certification, ServiceNow/MHSSHD experience, and experience in military health environments.
- Strong customer service, written and verbal communication, critical thinking, project management, documentation, debugging, and problem-solving skills are required.

- Primary work locations are San Antonio, TX, and Falls Church, VA; remote work may be considered in special cases with customer approval.
- Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
