Base Salary
$142k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve high-impact application and system problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Provide advanced applications programming expertise and ensure application designs follow the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards using advanced knowledge of system flow.
- Analyze complex issues, define problems, and develop innovative solutions.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage business, operational, compliance, and technology risks while protecting the firm, clients, and assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis is recommended.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming is required.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects is required.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development is required.
- Demonstrated leadership, project management, prioritization, and clear written and verbal communication skills are required.
