Base Salary

$142k - $213k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
  • Resolve high-impact application and system problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
  • Provide advanced applications programming expertise and ensure application designs follow the overall architecture blueprint.
  • Develop coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards using advanced knowledge of system flow.
  • Analyze complex issues, define problems, and develop innovative solutions.
  • Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
  • Assess and manage business, operational, compliance, and technology risks while protecting the firm, clients, and assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience, is required.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 6–10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis is recommended.
  • Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming is required.
  • Experience managing and implementing successful projects is required.
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development is required.
  • Demonstrated leadership, project management, prioritization, and clear written and verbal communication skills are required.
