Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable Private Banking Web applications.
- Build production software using Python, Java, modern web technologies, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.
- Develop responsive web experiences integrating user interfaces, APIs, business services, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Drive adoption, governance, validation standards, and reuse of approved AI-assisted engineering practices and automation across the software development lifecycle.
- Architect agentic AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, tool calling, workflow automation, and enterprise data sources.
- Integrate AI-enabled personalization, search, insights, recommendations, and self-service capabilities.
- Drive technical decisions involving application architecture, cloud services, security, performance, observability, reliability, and production readiness.
- Review designs and code, debug complex full-stack issues, enforce secure coding practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers, lead technical teams, influence architecture decisions, and promote reusable engineering accelerators and AI-assisted development tools.
Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
- Advanced hands-on full-stack software engineering experience delivering production-grade enterprise applications.
- Strong development experience with Python, Java, modern web technologies, RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and data integration patterns.
- Experience building secure multi-tier applications using AWS or other cloud platforms, including compute, storage, networking, identity, security, observability, and deployment automation services.
- Deep knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, data protection, secure SDLC practices, vulnerability remediation, and financial services controls.
- Experience leading enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development and validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices, data sensitivity, secure input and output handling, resiliency, security expectations, and compliant usage coaching.
- Experience developing agentic AI solutions with LLMs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, tool calling, workflow orchestration, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, MCP, A2A, or CrewAI.
- Experience designing integrations using messaging, streaming, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSocket, relational databases, NoSQL platforms, caching, search, and event-driven technologies.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containerization, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, logging, and production support.
- Experience leading technical teams in a global agile environment, communicating with senior stakeholders, and mentoring engineers.
- Preferred experience includes Private Banking, Wealth Management, MarTech, client engagement, advisor platforms, regulated financial services technology, AI-assisted engineering tools, responsible AI controls, model evaluation, guardrails, human-in-the-loop review, legacy modernization, API strategy, and cloud-native migration.
