Responsibilities
- Design and develop web applications or APIs for branch, contact centre, digital staff tablet, conversational banking, and omni-channel customer experience projects.
- Conduct quality reviews for junior developers.
- Deploy, support, and maintain existing applications and infrastructure.
- Document program design, logic, and test cases.
- Perform regular software and microcode qualification and testing for security fixes, bug fixes, new features, and functionality.
- Develop automation and orchestration tooling to reduce manual interaction.
- Work through iterative solution development and engage with multiple stakeholders to drive outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a web application or API developer.
- Experience with React or Spring Boot development.
- Experience working on cloud projects.
- Experience with AI-assisted development.
- Expertise in coding principles and best practices.
- Strong communication, teamwork, stakeholder engagement, deadline management, and ability to handle competing priorities.
- Ability to keep pace with technology and industry developments.
