Responsibilities
- Deliver campaign automation software and tooling as an individual contributor.
- Partner with stakeholders to build automation toolkits and applications.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and implementation plans.
- Develop backend services, APIs, front-end interfaces, data models, and production applications.
- Design, develop, integrate, prototype, evaluate, and iterate AI components for campaign automation solutions.
- Automate repetitive processes, reduce operational risk, and maintain governed documentation.
- Implement quality assurance and quality control measures and support tooling governance.
- Drive innovation, measurable process improvement, and reliable delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum eight years of hands-on experience in software engineering, CRM, or data analytics.
- Demonstrable delivery of production-grade applications across the full software development lifecycle.
- PhD, master's, or bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- End-to-end experience with backend services and API development, including authentication or authorization, performance, and observability.
- Front-end UI development experience with responsive design and component-based frameworks.
- Experience with SQL data modeling, persistence, CRUD patterns, and optimization.
- Experience with productionization, environments, monitoring, and incident support.
- Strong programming skills in Python or Java and JavaScript or TypeScript, with experience in the listed preferred frameworks and databases.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern application architecture patterns is a plus.
- Candidates with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band.
