Base Salary
$120k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work with clients unfamiliar with agile practices to implement design thinking and TDD.
- Teach clients the value of agile software development and adapt to their preferences.
- Learn and adapt to clients' learning styles and feedback preferences.
- Collaborate with clients' developers to deliver user stories that provide business value.
- Develop and deliver reliable software solutions on a continuous basis.
- Engage in real-time feedback from users to improve software functionality.
- Pair with military personnel and developers to deliver value.
- Build and test software solutions while enhancing team practices.
- Ensure software meets user needs and stakeholder objectives.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of software development experience in various programming languages.
- Strong communication skills and interest in pair programming.
- Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) and agile methodologies.
- Passion for skill growth and tackling challenging problems.
- Experience with PHP, Kotlin, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Spring Boot, React.JS, Vue, or Redux.
- Experience with both frontend and backend development.
- Knowledge of container technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and processes.
- Demonstrated experience with API development.
- Comfortable running software in Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of algorithms, databases, and design patterns.
- Strong facilitation skills.
- BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance for US Government work.
