Responsibilities
- Design and own automated test frameworks for functional, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Lead test strategy and planning for major product releases with Engineering and Product.
- Mentor junior quality engineers and improve quality practices across the team.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and improve test coverage and reliability.
- Track quality metrics, identify trends, and drive systemic defect-prevention improvements.
- Contribute to quality engineering standards and tooling decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of quality engineering experience with deep expertise in test automation.
- Expert proficiency with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, quality-first mindset.
