Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems for build, deployment, and hotfix workflows.
- Modernize legacy codebases and migrate engineering workflows to multi-repo systems.
- Standardize containerized build artifacts and image-based deployment workflows.
- Build scalable tooling that helps hundreds of developers build, test, and release services.
- Develop agentic AI systems and intelligent automation for incident triage, failure debugging, and developer support.
- Collaborate with project managers, platform teams, and SREs to deliver performant and resilient production systems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of industry experience building backend systems.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Python.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment.
- Familiarity with developing or using AI-driven and agentic tools.
- Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems principles.
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases and scalable service architectures.
- Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Preferred experience with build systems, CI/CD tooling, containerization, legacy pipeline modernization, and multi-repo migrations.
- Preferred familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face, Claude, MCP, LangGraph, Kafka, or comparable tools and systems.
