Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions.
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
- Oversee software release cycles for quality and timely delivery.
- Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting in ServiceNow environments.
- Establish and enforce platform standards aligned with business and vendor requirements.
- Document and communicate platform best practices and standards.
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance solutions and address operational challenges.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow, including platform configuration and customization.
- Experience managing ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems.
- Ability to oversee software releases and ensure quality delivery.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow performance tuning and troubleshooting.
- Ability to establish platform standards aligned with business and vendor requirements.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
