Responsibilities
- Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical backlogs for development teams.
- Architect custom services and integrations to support seamless product adoption.
- Evaluate technical decisions based on business impact and customer needs.
- Identify security risks and ensure designs follow security best practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments, customers, and external stakeholders.
- Develop and scale solution architecture capabilities for increasingly complex integrations.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to solve high-level design and architecture problems with an ex-programmer mindset.
- Strong problem-solving, requirements-discovery, and technical communication skills.
- Ability to communicate designs clearly enough for developers to implement them.
- Customer-focused approach with sensitivity to user experience.
- Familiarity with Python, REST APIs, Flask or Django, PostgreSQL, or Kubernetes is a plus.
