Base Salary
$80k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build maintainable backend services and responsive Angular frontends.
- Learn and adapt to the .NET, Angular, and AWS technology stack through mentorship and onboarding.
- Manage codebases, track changes, and participate in peer code reviews using GitHub.
- Experiment with and promote AI tools such as Claude Code for learning, syntax translation, and test generation.
Requirements
- Demonstrate strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and architectural design patterns.
- Have high proficiency in a modern backend language such as C#, Java, Python, or Go and a frontend framework such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Show adaptability, curiosity, and interest in learning a new technology stack and using AI tools for developer productivity.
- Have strong debugging and code review skills, including the ability to reverse-engineer unfamiliar code and identify flaws.
