Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning methodologies for large language models.
- Perform instruction fine-tuning, domain adaptation, model evaluation, data preprocessing, and performance optimization.
- Integrate AI models with application programming interfaces and troubleshoot production performance.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to align model capabilities with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Large Language Models, Python frameworks, API Management, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering.
- Strong experience designing and executing instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation techniques.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets, data preprocessing, model evaluation metrics, and production model optimization.
