Responsibilities
- Build and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant AI/ML libraries.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design data pipelines for model training and inference.
- Validate and preprocess datasets to support model accuracy and reliability.
- Research generative AI techniques and recommend platform enhancements.
- Stay current with AI/ML trends and incorporate applicable best practices.
- Recommend new AI/ML tools and frameworks for adoption.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and QA teams, and interface with external AI tool vendors when needed.
- Support occasional after-hours release cycles or troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of AI/ML development experience.
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with major AI/ML frameworks.
- Experience deploying models into cloud or on-premises production environments.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- AI/ML certifications from AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud are beneficial.
