Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Generative AI applications using Python and Google Cloud.
- Develop advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and Semantic Search systems.
- Lead efforts in fine-tuning LLMs and embeddings for improved performance.
- Build and manage workflows that automate complex reasoning tasks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and suggest innovative features.
- Apply MLOps best practices for efficient model serving and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML.
- Proven track record of deploying Generative AI products in production.
- Experience with Classic Machine Learning is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of Data Engineering and SQL.
