Base Salary
$325k - $325k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship production software for sensing algorithms.
- Implement and own key parts of the Python shipping pipeline.
- Develop embedded/on-device software in an RTOS environment.
- Optimize real-time on-device perception loops for various constraints.
- Create data collection and instrumentation tooling for new sensing modalities.
- Partner cross-functionally to debug and harden systems.
Requirements
- Strong software development skills with a focus on Python.
- Experience in shipping production systems and maintaining clean interfaces.
- Understanding of algorithm behavior for integration and evaluation.
- Experience with embedded/on-device work and debugging across layers.
- Knowledge of performance engineering and optimization under constraints.
- Ability to take ownership and thrive in fast-moving environments.
