Responsibilities
- Define functional and technical solution architecture and shape delivery approaches with project managers.
- Lead and support enterprise Workfront implementations from discovery through deployment.
- Act as a product owner or support a client product owner during large-scale implementations and transformation programs.
- Provide pre-sales support, including opportunity qualification, marketing technology strategies, roadmaps, budgets, proposals, pitches, and statements of work.
- Assess existing Workfront implementations and create development and refinement roadmaps.
- Own business objectives and requirements while coordinating dependencies and priorities across teams.
- Facilitate discovery and requirements workshops and write business requirement documents, epics, and stories.
- Manage and administer Workfront environments and provide training on Workfront functionality.
- Lead multiple client engagements and maintain senior client relationships and delivery quality.
- Support internal practice growth through knowledge sharing, service definition, training, and partner certification.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing technology, creative operations, or content operations architecture.
- 4+ years of hands-on Adobe Workfront configuration and architecture experience at enterprise scale.
- Prior consulting experience leading complex client engagements.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to lead cross-functional design discussions and engage senior stakeholders.
- Functional knowledge of Workfront Fusion for cross-platform automation and workflow orchestration.
- Adobe Workfront Core Developer certification.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years of work experience, or an associate’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of work experience.
- English proficiency for regular interaction with stakeholders across Canada, the United States, and other countries.
- Preferred Adobe certifications include Workfront Fusion, AEM Assets Developer, or Adobe Experience Platform.
- Preferred experience includes REST APIs, JSON, webhook-based integrations, content localization, enterprise SSO, permissions architecture, content governance, Adobe Content Supply Chain, Creative Cloud, Frame.io, DAM principles, metadata architecture, and asset lifecycle management.
