Responsibilities
- Translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases and value assessments.
- Advise customers on how the Celonis platform fits into their IT landscape and AI strategy.
- Build demonstrations, business cases, and SQL/Python-based AI prototypes.
- Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Derive improvement measures, initiate enterprise-wide change initiatives, and train users and process owners.
- Own the end-to-end customer value journey across landing, expansion, adoption, and renewal.
- Develop strategic expansion roadmaps and drive adoption of Celonis Process Intelligence.
- Manage multiple project scopes, expectations, timelines, and ecosystem partners.
- Present value roadmaps, results, and realized value to senior and C-level stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor-level technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a comparable technical field.
- Knowledge of business software or SaaS applications such as SAP and hands-on SQL and/or Python skills.
- Experience collaborating with IT teams and developing dashboards or automations using tools such as PowerBI or RPA.
- Experience in an analytical role focused on demonstrating or securing value through business data analysis, process improvement, and software deployment.
- Experience in customer-facing Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, IT or Management Consulting, or an enterprise data and analytics center of excellence.
- Experience identifying business process improvement use cases, deploying improvement measures, acting as a change agent, and training users or process owners.
- Experience planning and managing project scopes, expectations, and timelines across multiple projects.
- Experience preparing and communicating value roadmaps and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills with a confident executive presence.
- Understanding of Finance and/or Supply Chain domains and strategic transformation initiatives.
- Industry expertise in areas such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer, Retail, Pharmaceuticals, or Chemicals is preferred.
- Knowledge of AI-powered solutions and the ability to develop understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities.
- SC clearance is indicated in the job title.
