Responsibilities
- Partner with architects and technical leaders to design high-performing GenAI applications aligned with business objectives.
- Develop AI models and applications using Azure cloud platforms including Databricks and AKS.
- Build scripts, automation, and analytical tools to accelerate data engineering and model deployment.
- Deploy machine learning and GenAI models into production and integrate them with systems, APIs, and data sources.
- Monitor and improve AI model performance through data analysis and testing.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and methodologies for potential use in AI engineering processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with at least three years of applicable AI or data science experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud tools such as Databricks, AI Foundry, AI Search, and Kubernetes.
- Strong Python and SQL skills for data analysis and orchestration.
- Experience applying analytics and AI tools in marketing and sales functions.
- Insurance industry experience is preferred.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving and analytical skills, and communication and collaboration abilities.
