Responsibilities
- Own entire product areas from concept through deployment.
- Ship production features daily and transition prototypes toward scalable, high-quality systems when appropriate.
- Build agentic systems that automate complex recruiting workflows.
- Talk with customers and iterate based on their feedback.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and founding engineers.
- Take full ownership of projects and outcomes.
Requirements
- Very strong software engineering background with experience in TypeScript and React.
- Strong practical experience working with AI and AI-assisted coding tools, especially Cursor.
- Experience with LLM APIs is preferred.
- High agency, resourcefulness, and a startup-oriented approach.
- Ability to work hard, move quickly, and take end-to-end ownership.
