Responsibilities
- Lead the roadmap for migrating legacy data pipelines to AI-native architectures.
- Design modern data orchestration solutions using Apache Airflow, dbt, and Kafka.
- Define the web infrastructure for a high-agility ecosystem.
- Architect the evolution of Headless CMS environments and modern frontend frameworks.
- Design and build autonomous pipelines for automated component development.
- Establish standards for RAG, vector databases, and LLM orchestration.
- Provide architectural guidance for integrating AI capabilities across systems.
- Champion the use of AI-assisted coding and engineering productivity tools.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on SaaS platform architecture.
- Proven leadership skills in technical diplomacy and stakeholder influence.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Airflow, Kafka, and dbt.
- Expertise in integrating LLMs into production web environments.
- Deep understanding of headless CMS and event-driven patterns.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and data privacy frameworks.
