Forward Deployed Engineer - Denmark
InformaticaResponsibilities
- Develop and deploy production AI agents and customer experiences that take real actions for enterprise organizations.
- Design agent intelligence including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and integrations with customer systems.
- Own technical components end-to-end from architecture selection through deployment, validation, and production observability.
- Build and integrate data pipelines using Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
- Build agent performance dashboards and customer KPI reporting to track deployment health and business outcomes.
- Deliver proofs of concept and MVPs rapidly, co-build with customers and partners, and share enablement and best practices.
- Surface platform gaps, edge cases, and field insights to senior engineers and product teams.
- Partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer business challenges into deployable agentic solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software engineering or technical delivery experience and at least one production system to demonstrate.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Required prior customer-facing technical delivery experience in consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering.
- Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, with willingness to learn additional languages.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Deep enough understanding of data modeling, APIs, and integration patterns to design them.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams and customer architects and to ship quality code and evaluate AI outputs rigorously.
- Preferred Salesforce platform experience or certifications, including Administrator, Platform Developer I, or Agentforce Specialist.
- Preferred familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, orchestration patterns, Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, and specialist AI delivery areas such as data engineering, platform architecture, or headless deployments.
