Base Salary
$180k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement perception components including object detection, object tracking, and multisensor fusion.
- Build infrastructure enabling learning algorithms to use large-scale image and LiDAR data.
- Develop optimized pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, postprocessing, and inference.
- Train perception models, evaluate performance, and resolve performance bottlenecks.
- Develop scalable training and evaluation tools and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with engineers on system integration and testing.
- Contribute to or lead architecture, design, implementation, and delivery from R&D through product shipment.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of related experience.
- 2+ years of professional computer vision experience using C++ and OpenCV.
- Expertise in modern C++ and Python.
- Experience deploying perception algorithms into real-world environments.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA software libraries such as CUDA or TensorRT.
- Experience building testing and evaluation platforms.
- Familiarity with deep learning applied to computer vision.
- Experience with at least two of feature detection and matching, image filtering, object tracking, 3D estimation, 3D reconstruction, or SLAM.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of software performance and optimization, mathematics, 3D geometry, and vector math.
- Experience with one or more neural network frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
