Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and update software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware asset management.
- Integrate hardware asset management solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Use scripting and automation to streamline asset management processes.
- Work independently, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and provide best-practice guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management.
- Experience with software engineering is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware asset management.
- Experience integrating hardware asset management solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
