Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Dynatrace monitoring for application and infrastructure performance.
- Configure dashboards, alerts, and metrics to improve observability and incident response.
- Manage and optimize Elasticsearch clusters for data performance and availability.
- Create custom Kibana dashboards for logs, metrics, and operational events.
- Automate monitoring and failure-mitigation processes to maintain service availability.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and propose infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to improve system resilience.
- Define and implement SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs aligned with business needs.
- Investigate and respond to critical incidents and implement permanent remediation.
- Support DevOps and observability initiatives and promote a reliability culture.
Requirements
- Solid experience in SRE, DevOps, or observability.
- Advanced knowledge of Dynatrace and data analysis.
- Azure certification.
- Experience monitoring infrastructure and applications using APM, logs, metrics, and tracing.
- Knowledge of cloud architectures using Azure, AWS, or GCP and containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with automation and infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and preferably GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of SQL Server and MongoDB databases.
- Experience with Kibana, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
- Experience with incident management and performance optimization.
- Understanding of HTTP and TCP/IP communication protocols and network troubleshooting.
