Base Salary
$55k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal R&D in AI, autonomous systems, edge systems, modeling and simulation, or immersive graphics.
- Conduct research and write software using relevant programming languages and technologies.
- Produce technical documentation and create design artifacts.
- Collaborate with teams, work independently, and solve complex technical problems.
- Participate in mentorship and apply Booz Allen products and engagement models to technical challenges.
Requirements
- Be scheduled to obtain a bachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field by Summer 2028.
- Have experience with one or more of Python, Java, C, C++, JavaScript, Assembly, Perl, R, or Bash.
- Have experience with object-oriented programming and at least one of AI/ML, autonomous systems, edge systems, modeling and simulation, or AR/VR graphics immersion.
- Be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic, motivation, independent working ability, and teamwork.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with agentic AI, generative AI and RAG, robotics and autonomous systems, computer hardware and sensors, networking, and immersive simulation applications.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with relevant AI frameworks, robotics software stacks, 3D graphics tools, and strong critical thinking, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
