Responsibilities
- Lead AI adoption across Product-Technology by rolling out AI tools and practices.
- Drive Agentic SDLC adoption by translating leadership solutions into practical rollouts.
- Build scalable enablement programs using AI to create learning assets and workshops.
- Own knowledge management by maintaining Confluence as the source of truth for AI and engineering.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by coordinating community channels and identifying growth opportunities.
- Partner with leadership to define success metrics and improve programs based on feedback.
Requirements
- 3+ years managing end-to-end enablement programs.
- Genuine AI fluency and excitement about AI's impact on software development.
- Strong technical understanding to earn the trust of engineers.
- Get-it-done mindset with a bias toward action.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and excellent communication skills.
