Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable, high-performance microservices in a financial production environment.
- Own critical components end-to-end and architect systems for future scale.
- Lead technical design discussions and influence architectural decisions.
- Drive spec-driven development using SOLID principles and proven design patterns.
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a focus on unit and integration testing.
- Improve production quality, observability, and reliability standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead and mentor engineers, setting high engineering standards.
- Utilize AI tools across design, coding, testing, and review to enhance speed and quality.
Requirements
- BSc in computer science or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of OOP design and SOLID principles.
- Backend experience in a major server-side stack (C#, NestJS, ASP.NET, MVC, RDMS, Document DB).
- Familiarity with frontend technologies like Vue.js 3, JavaScript, or TypeScript is a plus.
- Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
- Active user of AI coding tools and AI-driven workflows.
- Strong ownership and ability to finish tasks without leaving loose ends.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative team player.
