Responsibilities
- Build and scale backend systems for real-time payment processing, fraud prevention, API integrations, and data synchronization.
- Contribute across the full product development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Make architectural decisions and help develop robust systems connecting Melio’s payment platform with Xero’s accounting software.
Requirements
- At least seven years of professional experience in software engineering, architecture, and design.
- Experience with microservices architecture and running cloud-based production environments.
- Passion for learning, adapting beyond familiar technologies, and collaborating with a team.
