Responsibilities
- Engage with product managers and users to understand functional requirements.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define product development timelines.
- Take responsibility for the implementation of software components.
- Design and maintain interoperable services within the platform.
- Define and advocate for a scalable front-end architecture.
- Implement standardized instrumentation for metrics and logs.
- Establish performance benchmarks for compliance with requirements.
- Participate in company-wide software engineering standards.
- Contribute to the growth and recruitment of software engineers.
Requirements
- Passion for software engineering and a culture of excellence.
- Ability to act as a technical thought-partner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading software engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
- Solid track record in designing and maintaining application services.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes; CKA certification is a plus.
- Experience with workflow orchestration and event-driven systems.
- Proven ability to build web-based user interfaces with various architectures.
- Deep understanding of frontend rendering strategies.
- Experience with micro-frontend architecture and monorepo platforms.
- Advanced TypeScript skills and build toolchain depth.
- Experience with large-dataset rendering and server state architecture.
- Proficiency in Python and Go, with knowledge of other languages a plus.
- Strong understanding of the machine learning development lifecycle.
