Base Salary
$183k - $257k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with product managers and customers to create end-to-end architectures for AI features.
- Set architectural direction for scalable agent-based solutions and make technical tradeoffs and risks clear.
- Build prototypes and proof-of-concept experiences to test feasibility, demonstrate value, and gather feedback.
- Work with early-stage customers to understand environments, identify adoption barriers, and shape requirements.
- Partner with software engineers and data scientists to move concepts into reliable, scalable products.
- Communicate architecture decisions, constraints, opportunities, and execution plans across technical, clinical, product, and customer audiences.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in an ML Engineer role or related field.
- Experience designing and shipping large-scale AI solutions focused on reliability and scalability.
- Strong architecture judgment and the ability to make long-term design decisions.
- Experience working with early-stage customers to explore needs and adapt solutions as requirements evolve.
- Ability to create practical technical direction and execution plans from incomplete requirements.
- Experience partnering across Product, Software Engineering, Data Science, clinical teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex architecture choices.
- Preferred: experience with deep learning, natural language processing, or related AI methods.
- Preferred: experience in healthcare or with medical data.
