Responsibilities
- Own technical deliveries and provide continuous feedback to project plans while working with technical teams and program managers.
- Coordinate with functional and technical stakeholders.
- Review and co-own technical architectures, specifications, integration plans, and implementation approaches.
- Translate user stories into feasible Salesforce solutions using out-of-the-box features where appropriate.
- Manage resources, provide technical specifications to developers, oversee code reviews, and enforce development standards.
- Mentor junior team members in Salesforce, Force.com, integration technologies, and Salesforce best practices.
- Implement CI/CD and manage software releases.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology, or MCA is required.
- Relevant Salesforce experience and expertise developing applications on the Salesforce Platform.
- Experience with Salesforce administration, VSF, APX, Lightning, LWC, Aura, and Apex.
- Strong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills, with extensive Lightning component experience.
- Hands-on experience with Apex Data Loader and middleware technologies.
- Experience building SOAP- and REST-enabled server-to-server web services.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Angular.
- Object-oriented programming knowledge is required; Java knowledge is desirable.
- Knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration with back-end systems such as Oracle EBS and SAP.
- Programming ability in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, or JavaScript.
- Experience with source control and continuous integration.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Codex, Azure OpenAI, and prompt engineering in the SDLC.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level is required.
