Responsibilities
- Build automated systems for software development, verification, and deployment.
- Develop and own the reference environment used to verify Lattice workflows before release.
- Define, build, and maintain representative full-stack test environments, including hardware-in-the-loop systems.
- Design software interfaces and product features enabling end-to-end testing across complex systems.
- Integrate performance testing into release pipelines, enforce performance baselines, and prevent regressions across the software stack.
- Define AI-enabled automation to identify and fix issues early in the development cycle.
- Champion software quality across the organization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience building automated verification suites at scale.
- Proficiency with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline development, SRE principles, automated testing frameworks, automation scripting, and software development lifecycles.
- Deep experience with frontend and backend services and architectures at scale.
- Hands-on experience automating hardware-in-the-loop and software-in-the-loop engineering for production release processes.
- Expertise in automated regression, unit, and integration testing.
- Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and system development.
- Professional experience with containerization workflows and Terraform.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical industry experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes is preferred.
- NixOS experience and experience in regulated or high-reliability industries are preferred.
