Senior / Staff+
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, including requirements analysis and technical documentation.
- Drive architecture upgrades and implementation of enterprise-level HR systems.
- Evaluate technical feasibility of complex business requirements and support project implementation.
- Optimize system performance and mentor junior and senior engineers.
- Establish and enforce development standards while influencing technical decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of development experience with Java and Spring Boot/Cloud.
- Proficient in relational/NoSQL databases, caching, and message queues.
- Experience in leading large-scale enterprise system development.
- Familiarity with the full HR business lifecycle.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
