Responsibilities
- Build agentic AI applications with tools, skills, prompts, templates, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Develop RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable software and CI/CD pipelines, including unit and integration tests.
- Implement offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content and action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, and communicate trade-offs and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into software systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
- Core proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Preferred experience with C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, or Bash, as well as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs.
