Base Salary
$225k - $550k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain security tooling and automation for engineering teams.
- Secure developer infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production services.
- Support the sandboxes team in creating secure environments for untrusted code.
- Build guardrails against emerging AI attack vectors.
- Protect model weights, research artifacts, and production infrastructure from unauthorized access.
- Respond to security incidents and live threats.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience in Rust, Go, Python, C++, Kotlin, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Strong understanding of modern MITRE ATT&CK techniques.
- Engagement with the role of LLMs in securing and attacking software systems.
- On-call readiness 24/7.
- Experience securing distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to develop high-complexity cloud Linux-based exploits.
- Deep understanding of UNIX, networking, authentication, and modern security architecture.
- Experience building automation and tooling for fast-paced organizations.
- Track record of integrity and accountability in high autonomy environments.
