Base Salary
$118k - $171k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade analytics solutions using Azure and Databricks technologies.
- Continuously develop technical skills in current Azure and Databricks technologies and maintain relevant certifications.
- Work directly with clients across multiple sectors to understand requirements and present solutions to customer sponsors.
- Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and mentor junior colleagues.
- Lead small development teams by tracking work, managing assignments, and managing capacity.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of demonstrable end-to-end data engineering experience, including large-scale projects.
- Experience with Azure technologies including Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen 2, and Cosmos DB.
- Experience with Python, Scala, or PySpark and understanding of software engineering tools and concepts.
- At least 3 years of experience with SQL.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
- Passion for Microsoft technologies and an innovative, self-motivated, quality-driven approach.
