Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance scalable frontend and backend components for enterprise applications.
- Build Java full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and engineering practices.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based coding assistants for coding, debugging, documentation, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs, including RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver robust, high-performing software while accelerating development without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development life cycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, and LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with a focus on integration rather than model training.
- Experience with at least one backend technology such as Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases, REST or GraphQL APIs, and cloud-native application development.
