Responsibilities
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, identify process inefficiencies, and recommend scalable technology solutions.
- Design, develop, and support enterprise integrations across internal systems, cloud platforms, databases, Salesforce, ServiceNow, third-party applications, and APIs.
- Drive automation and process optimization by implementing workflow orchestration and automation solutions.
- Develop solutions that improve productivity, operational efficiency, system reliability, and data accessibility.
- Lead technical delivery activities including application development, solution architecture, cloud services, secure integrations, CI/CD implementation, and production support.
- Provide technical leadership through mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, technology evaluations, solution reviews, and engineering best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in Software Engineering, Enterprise Integration, Automation, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JSON, XML, OAuth, API Authentication, and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Apache Airflow, and Selenium or Playwright.
- Strong database knowledge in MySQL and Oracle, including SQL development and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Cloud and Azure Key Vault.
- Experience with Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and Git or Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and ServiceNow and their integration capabilities.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and learning skills.
- Experience with enterprise application integrations and cloud-native architectures.
- Exposure to AI-enabled automation and productivity solutions such as copilot.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices.
