Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Intune across web UI, Android/iOS mobile devices, and Windows devices.
- Perform functional, regression, compatibility, UX, and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms and operating-system versions.
- Configure and validate devices under varied Intune enrollment, compliance, and policy scenarios.
- Troubleshoot failures by analyzing logs, UI traces, and system configurations.
- Contribute to build verification tests and sprint sign-off validations.
- Improve test-data generation, environment setup, automation stability, coverage, and pipeline scalability.
- Collaborate with developers and subject-matter experts to identify root causes and drive defect fixes.
- Use Azure DevOps for unattended test execution and provide reporting through Power BI and ADO Reports.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of SDET or test-automation experience.
- Strong scripting or coding skills in TypeScript and C#; JavaScript or Python experience is also relevant.
- Hands-on automation experience with Playwright; Selenium or Appium experience is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience validating Enterprise Mobility Management or similar device workflows.
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory, policy deployment, enrollment flows, and identity and security models.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Git, including CI/CD and version control workflows.
- Preferred experience with Graph API, backend validation, service-level testing, PowerShell, ADB tools, Xcode tools, Wireshark, CMSherlock, or Geneva Synthetics.
- Exposure to Intune, endpoint security, MDM/EMM platforms, UEM solutions, or LLM/Copilot-assisted automation is beneficial.
