Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver new product features using Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and other agentic coding tools.
- Write specifications and prompts, divide work into agent-sized tasks, and guide agents toward high-quality results.
- Design, implement, automate, review, test, and debug software for correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Resolve customer and technical challenges on the Partnership Platform, including scale and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Product and engineering teams to understand requirements and improve agent workflows.
- Participate in agile team processes, continuous improvement, and an on-call rotation for production ownership.
Requirements
- 4+ years of programming experience using open source technologies.
- Strong ability to read, write, debug, test, and critically evaluate code independently of coding agents.
- Experience with or genuine enthusiasm for AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, and GitHub Copilot.
- Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, Spring Framework, SQL, Git, Gradle or Maven, and a development environment such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, or VSCode.
- Experience with macOS or Linux and cloud computing.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving ability, and capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Preferred experience writing agent instructions, custom skills, or MCP integrations.
- The Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA is preferred.
