Base Salary
$124k - $211k/yr
Responsibilities
- Foster consensus on architectural designs to support stable, secure, and scalable product delivery.
- Develop and rigorously validate early prototypes for technical design, security, scalability, and performance.
- Evaluate, select, recommend, and configure technologies with product, application, architecture, and partner teams.
- Lead solution architecture design and present architecture options to product owners and architecture leadership.
- Collaborate with development teams to translate software architecture into detailed designs while maintaining standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on development and application design experience delivering software products.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an architect role on large-scale software development projects, preferably using a SaaS delivery model.
- Strong experience designing for container-based deployment and working knowledge of Azure or AWS.
- Extensive knowledge of APIs, UIs, infrastructure, security, and emerging technologies.
- Ability to design complex distributed solutions with an end-to-end, big-picture perspective and provide services to internal and external clients.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
