Base Salary
$77k - $202k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and customize Guidewire applications for policy, billing, and claims processing.
- Develop code, configuration, and integrations across Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and PolicyCenter.
- Translate client requirements into functional software solutions.
- Test application components, troubleshoot defects, and validate system behavior before release.
- Support implementation and modernization efforts for core insurance technology programs.
- Review junior team members’ deliverables, guide issue resolution, and provide mentoring.
- Manage assigned workstreams and build client relationships by communicating progress and responding to client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 3 years of experience required.
- Master’s or MBA preferred in a listed business, technology, engineering, mathematics, analytics, finance, or related field.
- Experience developing Guidewire BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, or PolicyCenter solutions preferred.
- Experience configuring Guidewire integrations and digital experiences preferred.
- Ability to interpret data, shape client recommendations, and support insurance technology transformations preferred.
